In a thrilling 10-goal game at St Mary’s, Bridport Reserves and Portland Reserves shared the points.
Portland’s Sanchez Baker was on fire, netting a hat trick early on, including a penalty. Bridport Reserves fought back, with Harry Boulton flicking on a corner and Stan Woodhouse scoring a stunner from 25 yards.
The second half saw both sides exchange goals, with Boulton equalizing from the spot and Josh Baker adding to the tally. Portland’s late efforts, including another penalty and a looping shot, were matched by Boulton’s second, leveling the game. Both teams had late chances, with Portland Reserves hitting the post in the dying moments.
