Josh Hickman is Portland United’s Assistant First Team Manager, working alongside Kyle Critchell to support the development of the squad and maintain the high standards required as the club continues its journey in Step 4 football.
Crit Clarke
Player / Coach
Crit Clarke combines his playing role with coaching responsibilities at Portland United, bringing valuable experience, leadership and knowledge to the squad. His commitment on and off the pitch makes him an important part of the First Team setup.

Lloyd Green plays a vital role behind the scenes as Portland United’s Kit Manager, ensuring the team is fully prepared for matchdays. His dedication, organisation and support are an important part of the club’s First Team operations.

Goalkeeper Coach
Paul “Gadders” Gadsby is Portland United’s Goalkeeper Coach, working closely with the club’s goalkeepers to develop their technique, confidence and matchday performance. His experience, enthusiasm and support make him a valued member of the First Team coaching staff.
Rob Lo Cascio
Physio
Rob Lo Cascio is Portland United’s First Team Physio, providing expert support in player fitness, injury prevention and rehabilitation. His knowledge, professionalism and commitment help ensure the squad is prepared and performing at its best.

Callum Smalley
Goalkeeper
A talented young goalkeeper who came through the youth setups at Bristol Rovers and Yeovil Town. Callum has gained senior experience with Bridport, Weymouth and Hamworthy Recreation before joining Portland United, where he continues to impress between the sticks.
Toby Stainer-Reid
Goalkeeper
A talented goalkeeper with experience at Poole Town before joining Portland United. Toby is a reliable presence between the posts and was retained as part of the Blues squad for their historic first season in the Southern League.
Defenders
Harley Brook
Defender
A talented young midfielder who joined Portland United from Bridport, where he spent three seasons and established himself as an exciting attacking player. Harley brings pace, energy and an eye for goal to the Blues midfield.
Jacob Coombs
Defender
A talented full-back who came through the youth ranks at AFC Bournemouth before joining Portland United. Jacob is a versatile and attacking defender who has become an important member of the Blues squad, regularly contributing at both ends of the pitch.
Callum Corbridge
Defender
A strong and dependable defender who joined Portland United after three seasons with Steet FC. A former Yeovil Town Academy player, Callum has also gained senior experience with Weymouth and has become an important member of the Blues defence.
Samuel Gadsby
Defender
A versatile defender who joined Portland United in 2023 after 11 years with Dorchester Town’s youth setup. Sam has developed into a dependable member of the Blues defence and has also shown his ability to contribute at the other end of the pitch.
Thomas Peach
Defender
A versatile young defender who has been part of the Portland United setup for several seasons. Tom is a dependable full-back who combines his defensive qualities with a willingness to get forward and contribute in attack.
Alexandre Sampaio Borges
Defender
A young Brazilian defender who joined Portland United after gaining experience with Wimborne Town and Bemerton Heath Harlequins. Alexandre is a composed and versatile defender who adds further strength and youth to the Blues back line.
George Stuttle
Defender
A strong and dependable defender who joined Portland United from Weymouth U23s. George quickly made the step into senior football and has developed into an important member of the Blues defence, combining defensive strength with a real threat from set pieces.

A dependable defender who joined Portland United from Bridport, where he was a regular first-team player. Kieren brings strength and experience to the Blues defence and has also shown an ability to contribute at the other end of the pitch.

Midfield
An energetic and clinical midfielder who has been an important part of the Portland United attack. Josh has a proven eye for goal and has produced some outstanding performances for the Blues, including a memorable hat-trick against Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
Mary & Rex Camp
Jamie Cleaver
Midfield
A talented and versatile midfielder who has been an important part of the Portland United setup. Jamie combines energy and creativity in midfield and has also shown a valuable eye for goal, making him a dependable member of the Blues squad.
Jack Delves
Midfield
A talented and creative midfielder who originally joined Portland United in 2022 from Dorchester Sports. Jack has also gained experience with Hamworthy United and returned to the Blues in 2025, bringing energy, creativity and a proven eye for goal.
Euan Joyce
Midfield
A hardworking and versatile midfielder who joined Portland United after gaining valuable experience with Dorchester Sports. Euan brings energy and determination to the Blues midfield and has become a dependable member of the squad.
Hayden Scott
Midfield
A talented midfielder who has come through the Portland football pathway, starting with Portland Sports at the age of 11. Hayden progressed through the youth and Reserves sides before establishing himself in the Portland United first team, where his energy and work rate make him a valuable member of the Blues squad.
Marcelo Soares Rossi
Midfield
A talented midfielder who brings experience and energy to the Portland United squad. Marcelo previously played for Bashley in the Southern League and adds further strength and versatility to the Blues midfield.
James White

An experienced attacking midfielder who brings strength and experience to the Portland United attack. James is a proven goalscorer who gives the Blues another strong option in the final third.

A hardworking and versatile midfielder who has been an important member and current captain of the Portland United squad. Joshua combines energy and determination with a willingness to contribute at both ends of the pitch, making him a valuable member of the Blues midfield.

Gregory Borthwick
Forward
A prolific goalscorer and firm favourite with the Blues, Greg returned to Portland United in 2025 after a short spell at Bemerton Heath Harlequins. He played a major role in the club’s promotion to the Southern League. After finishing as Portland’s top scorer last season, Greg is back with the Blues and ready to add more goals and experience to the attack.
Connor Dunesby-Bent
Forward
A talented and versatile forward who came through the Yeovil Town youth academy before gaining senior experience with Holt United, Weymouth U23s and AFC Totton. Connor is a natural goalscorer who can play through the middle or from either flank, adding pace and a real attacking threat to the Blues.
Patrick Jenkins

A talented and hardworking forward who joined Portland United from Bemerton Heath Harlequins. Pat has quickly established himself as an important part of the Blues attack, combining pace and determination with a proven eye for goal.
Benjamin Morris

A versatile and attacking midfielder who has been part of the Portland United setup for several seasons. Ben can play in midfield or further forward and brings pace, energy and a proven eye for goal to the Blues attack.
