Notice is hereby given of the 2023 Portland United Football Club AGM.
The PUFC AGM 2023 HAS NOW FINISHED
The 2023 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Portland United Football Club will take place on Wednesday 2nd August 2023 in the Blues Bar at The Camp & Satherley Stadium.
The AGM will start promptly at 6:00pm but we do ask those attending to arrive at least 10 minutes before the start time.
Our Chairman Matt Lucas will start the AGM at 6:00pm promptly so make sure you arrive in good time.
Our financial year ends on 31 May 2023, the financial accounts will be prepared soon after this date by our Treasurer Alan Rodgers and they will be made available to view at the AGM. Committee members will be asked to formally approve the accounts at the AGM..
Following the completion of the formal meeting, there will be a more informal Q&A session when attendees are invited to ask questions and offer feedback and any suggestions they may have.
