Portland United U18 delivered a statement performance on Sunday afternoon, putting six past Poole Town Youth U18 Dolphins in a dominant display at the Camp & Satherley Stadium.

The Dorset U18 League Division One clash burst into life early. After an opening strike from the visitors shocked the hosts in the 6th minute, Poole doubled their advantage shortly after when Chandler-Brown slotted home in the 12th minute, courtesy of an assist from Ebo.

However, Portland quickly turned the tide. Wash sparked the comeback in the 27th minute, firing home with an assist from Lynham. From there, the floodgates opened. Moles levelled the score in the 32nd minute with help from Roy, before Rodgers swept Portland into the lead right before the break in the 40th minute, teed up by Moles.

Portland continued their relentless pressure in the second half. Porter added his first of the afternoon in the 51st minute to extend the lead. Though Poole briefly responded through a 61st-minute strike from Gray (assisted by Button), Portland refused to slow down.

Moles grabbed his second assist of the day to set up Porter for his second in the 62nd minute. Porter then sealed a stellar individual performance by completing his hat-trick in the 75th minute, assisted by Wash, capping off a resounding 6–2 victory for the rampant Blues.
