The Blues today have announced that the first team will play 6 pre-season friendlies. Saturday games kick off at 3pm and Tuesday games kick off at 7:45pm.

Our neighbours Weymouth FC are coming onto the island to face us first on Saturday 9th July. After that, it is another home fixture for the blues who are set to face Southern League South Premier side Dorchester Town. Then it is the last of our 3 home games on Saturday 16th July, where we face Balti Sports who finished 8th last season in the Dorset Premier League.

We then take a trip on Tuesday 19th July to the County Ground to face the winners of the Wessex Premier League, Hamworthy United. The 2nd of our away fixtures is a trip off of the island and along the coast road to Bridport FC. Bridport, unfortunately, finished bottom of the Western Football League last season. They will be sure to use this friendly as a test on Saturday 23rd July, before their new life starts in the South West Peninsula League Eastern.

Our last friendly will be an in-house game against our reserves before the season starts on Tuesday 2nd August at home against Bournemouth FC.
